The MP round pipe machine mirror polishes round pipes, straight or curved. Three planetary polishing wheels rotate around the pipe, creating high pressure and providing a high-gloss mirror finish, even in curved pipes. The machine is equipped with foot pedal brush pressure control. This allows the operator to control the force applied during the pipe polishing process. An automatic feed system safely transports straight tubes through the polishing units, allowing for consistent, high quality mirror polishing. Pipes from fi40 to fi114mm can be polished.
