The TEC-220 forms mechanically engineered drains directly on drain pipes up to 813 mm (32”). The machine is suitable for splitting steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and copper-nickel. The entire process – from pilot hole milling to full, trimmed branch drain up to Ø219.1mm (8”) can be performed on a single workstation in three automatic work cycles. Pilot hole milling and clamping are easily controlled from the operation panel along with automatic lubrication for each step of the process. Standard programs can be loaded from machine memory. The operator can also create custom draw programs or modify them from standard programs. The T-DRILL TEC-220 is ready for Industry 4.0 with many options. The robust, ergonomically designed machine is equipped with a number of safety features that make the TEC-220 safe and easy to use even in the most demanding applications. The delivery package also includes a convenient tool table.
